On the 8th of August 2021, the news of their death alongside a few others namely, Khanya The Voice, Thando Tot, and Thando TD devastated the country as they died after a ghastly accident that left just one survivor who is a lady.
Lady Du who is a friend of the late amapiano stars paid tribute to them on Instagram.
“I slept the whole day today, time is something else hey. This was our last video, it’s sooo weird that I wrote this song as a tribute to legends who passed on, now very hard to watch because we miss you man. We celebrate you, we remember you. We miss you, thank you guys for making me the person I am today. You played a big role in my career I’ll never ever forget,” she wrote.
