Kabelo Motha was born in Mpumalanga, South Africa, and was raised in Pretoria. Motha began his career as a DJ in 2009, venturing in the genres: Afro-fused house and EDM. In 2016, he made his production credits by releasing his debut album, Avenue Sounds under the label, House Afrika Records. In November 2018, he gained attention by releasing songs, “Amabele Shaya” and “Umshove”, respectively, featuring guest vocals by the amapiano counterpart, Leehleza. Following both songs, he continued his collaboration with Leehleza as he released the song “Bamba La”, on 3 January 2019.

Scorpion Kings, Motha’s collaborative studio album with record producer DJ Maphorisa, was released on 5 July 2019, supported by the lead single, “Koko”. The album was certified diamond in South Africa, with over 100, 000 units sold. On 1 October 2019, they released their sophomore studio album, Piano Hub, which was supported by the single, “Nana Thula”, featuring guest vocals by Njelic. On 18 October 2019, Motha released his second studio album, Pretty Girls Love Amapiano.  In continuing his collaboration with DJ Maphorisa, they released their third studio album, The Return of Scorpion Kings, on 29 November 2019.

On 4 April 2020, during the COVID-19 national lockdown period, he released an EP titled Pretty Girls Love Amapiano 2, it features Tyler ICU, DJ Maphorisa, Xolani, King Deetoy.

On 26 June 2020, he released his next solo studio album, I Am The King Of Amapiano: Sweet & Dust, featured both South African & international acts such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Cassper Nyovest, Dali Wonga, DJ Maphorisa, Samthing Soweto, Sha sha, Mlindo, Bontle Smith

In October 2020, he was featured on Oscar Mbo’s single titled Genesis on the album, For The Groovists.

On 9 April 2021, Kabza released Rumble in the Jungle, a collaborative album with record producer DJ Maphorisa and singer TRESOR.

Themba Sonnyboy Sekowe, popularly known by his stage name DJ Maphorisa, is a South African record producer, DJ and vocalist. As a record producer with a blend of house music and afropop, he has worked with and has received production credits from several notable artists, including Wizkid, Kwesta, Uhuru, Drake, Black Coffee, Major Lazer, Runtown, C4 Pedro, Kabza De Small and Era Istrefi. He is presently signed to his record label BlaqBoy Music upon quitting Kalawa Jazmee Records.

He rose to stardom after producing several hit singles for artists of multiple music genres, such as Uhuru (“Y-Tjukuta”), Kwesta (“Ngud'”), Busiswa (“Lahla”), DJ Zinhle (“My name Is”), Professor (“Jezebel”) and Shekinah (“Suited”).

On April 9, 2021, Maphorisa, Tresor and Kabza De Small collaboration studio album Rumble in the Jungle was released.  On April 16, 2021, Maphorisa and Tyler ICU studio EP Banyana was released. [10] The EP features Sir Trill, Daliwonga and Kabza De Small, Mpura, and Visca. The single “Banyana” surpassed 4.2 million streams and was certified double platinum by the Recording industry of South Africa. In 2021, he will embarked to Made in Lagos Tour for an opening act with Wizkid. At the 2021 Music Kwaito and House Music Awards he received a nomination for Best DJ.

Young Stunna was born Ikechukwu John-Ogbuku in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria; He spent his early years in PH city, and was involved in different aspects of music from an early age, from singing in the church choir as a child
, to learning to play the piano to rapping old Heavy D and MC Hammer songs. He attended Jephthah Comprehensive Secondary School where he eventually wrote his first song and developed his talent from battling to talent contests. He began to produce and record music actively in University. Young Stunna has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University. 
2008-2012 While studying in Malaysia, he would skip classes a few times to be in the studio and put out songs through social media site, Myspace till he got noticed. Young Stunna appeared on a number of high-profile Malaysian collaborations and was regarded as the premiere African Hip-Hop artiste in Asia prior to relocating to Nigeria. His song, “Lights Cameras Action” featuring Bruneian singer, JuJu, peaked No.4 in Bruneian Radio charts. Also, he featured on mixtapes by DJ Krates (Slip N Slide DJs International) Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes, DJ Fuzz (Warner Music), Universal Republic recording artiste, Black Dada, Bryan B (Warner Music, Malaysia) amongst others. He produced Tamil hip-hop group Masta Clan’s debut album “Neethikku Poraatam”.In 2010, he signed to Reshmonu’s digital distribution label R Records (Malaysia).
Young Stunna is the first African artiste to have mobile distribution in Malaysia.His first mixtape aptly titled “The Research Paper”, was released in December, 2012. The mixtape boasts production from a lineup of International indie Producers, notably German Producer – Simon Blaze (David Correy, Yung Berg), DJ Frank E (Black Dada, Flo-Rida, Kanye West), Singaporean – Moe Masri (Craig Bass, DJ Smallz), Miami Producer – J.Harv, Botswanian – Rimzy (A.T.I, Scar, Jujuboy), Rogerbeatz, and Young Stunna himself as well as a ton of others. All songs off the mixtape were released by Malaysia’s Three Major mobile companies. He released a single featuring Olamide in early 2012.

 Young Stunna returned to Port Harcourt, Nigeria in December 2012 and since then he’s topped video and radio charts in the city most recently with the Smash single, “AMAECHI (RUN THE TOWN)” which was No.1 on RhythmFM’s Top10 for 12 weeks, and WazobiaFM for 5 weeks. He’s rated as one of the top acts in Southern Nigeria. His next project “Blood, Swear & Profit” is scheduled to be released in 2015.
