Bandile and Banele Mbere were born in the year 1991 on January 3. They were born in Massachusetts in the U.S. They returned to the country at a very young age.
Following the end of the Apartheid era, they returned to South Africa and moved to Johannesburg. The twins were influenced by music during their early days in life.
They heard more of Jazz, Gospel, RnB, Soul, and Hip Hop music since their father and older brother loved these genres.
Sadly, they lost their father to a sudden heart attack while on a business trip. He served as a South African ambassador in Rwanda.
Though the loss was not easy for their family, their mother took up the role of both parents. She tried her best to cater to their needs.
Their father when he was alive played the piano. They have two elder brothers.
When they were in primary school they had already started to play instruments like the piano.
When they were done with their high school academic pursuit, they did not study. They started their career as deejay and music producers.
